Swarmvestor SMS Messaging Policy
Swarmvestor is a brand owned and operated by Draugr, LLC. Swarmvestor sends text messages only to users who voluntarily opt in from inside the authenticated app. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of using the Service. This page documents the program, the categories of messages we send, and how to opt out.

How to opt in
Opt-in happens inside your account
After you sign in to Swarmvestor, you can open Settings → Notifications to enable SMS messaging. There you may enter a mobile phone number and tick separate, unchecked boxes for the categories of messages you want to receive:
- Service-related SMS — opt-in confirmations and account-related alerts (e.g. account changes initiated from your account).
- Agent Conversations — SMS replies from your own AI swarm agent in response to messages you send first. You initiate every conversation; the agent only responds to you.
The consent boxes are not preselected. You may use Swarmvestor without providing a mobile number or enabling SMS. When you save your preferences, we record the phone number, the categories you selected, the exact disclosure language shown at that time, the source URL, and a timestamp.
You can change or revoke your SMS consent at any time from the same settings page, or by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@swarmvestor.com.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Swarmvestor, you consent to receive the categories of messages you selected. Service-related messages are limited to opt-in confirmations and account-related alerts (e.g. account changes initiated from your account). Agent Conversation messages are SMS replies from your own AI swarm agent, sent only in response to messages you send to the agent first; Swarmvestor does not send marketing or promotional SMS.
Message frequency varies based on your relationship with Swarmvestor and the preferences you select. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at support@swarmvestor.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You may continue to use our services without opting in to SMS.
Swarmvestor collects mobile phone numbers and SMS consent preferences only when a user voluntarily provides them in account settings. We use this information solely to send the categories of text messages you have opted into and to maintain records of your consent (phone number, selected categories, consent language shown, source URL, and timestamp).
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers (such as our SMS delivery vendor) may process this data on our behalf solely to operate the messaging program.
